Billy is a technology entrepreneur, product leader, go-to-market strategist, former athlete, and founder of DarkHorse AI.

He has raised $4M+, scaled the platform to 55,000+ users and 1,000+ teams, built patented AI systems, and brings 10 years of technology leadership from the U.S. Department of Defense.

Billy founded DarkHorse AI to help athletes create exposure, coaches save time, and organizations make better decisions through artificial intelligence, video analysis, and predictive analytics. As founder and CEO, he led product and go-to-market strategy and successfully raised millions from world-class investors. Under his leadership, the company grew to serve thousands of teams and athletes across the United States.

Prior to founding DarkHorse AI, Billy led large-scale technology initiatives supporting mission-critical systems within the United States Department of Defense. His work focused on complex software programs, product development, and cross-functional leadership.

Billy’s passion is building products that create opportunity at scale. His experience spans artificial intelligence, SaaS platforms, sports technology, analytics, and product management. As a former college soccer player and USSF “A” licensed coach, he has spent decades studying player development, talent identification, and the intersection of sport and technology.

Billy is also dedicated to helping elite athletes be successful by specializing in forward-specific training and leadership development. He works with players to elevate their performance, decision-making, and confidence both on and off the field, preparing them to compete and lead at the highest level.

Throughout his career, Billy has advocated for broader access to tools and opportunities traditionally available only to elite athletes and organizations. His work has centered on making technology simpler, more accessible, and more impactful for everyday users.

Billy attended the University of Pittsburgh where he studied Biology and competed as a Division I soccer player.

Billy currently focuses on product leadership, go-to-market strategy, artificial intelligence, investing, and advising founders building the next generation of technology companies.
